High level access

We can provide high level access for surveying, cleaning or maintenance to the exterior of buildings, by scaffold, MEWP, or Rope Access.

External Wall Surveys

We can assist Property Surveyors with access, opening up and reinstatement of the external wall structures to assist them in completion of EWS1 forms.

FIRE doors

The new Building Safety Act highlights the importance of regular checks and associated repairs to fire doors, especially in high rise buildings. We can help with routine surveys, maintenance, repairs and replacements to timber fire doors.  

Damp and Mould

Our team of ventilation technicians are skilled at recognising the causes of damp, whether this is from poor ventilation and condensation, rising or penetrating damp. We treat any mould affected areas and suggest remedies to prevent it in the future, such as upgrading ventilation systems or external wall treatments.
