CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION AND COMMITMENT

Smarter Services Limited is committed to integrating Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) into our business operations and values. We recognize that CSR embraces all aspects of sustainable development and social issues relevant to our operation. Our CSR policy aims to ensure that the interests of all stakeholders – including investors, customers, employees, the community, and the environment – are reflected in our policies and actions.

We will continuously enhance our CSR strategy by encouraging our partners to implement CSR, by improving our own performance, and by creating a culture where our employees are mindful of the effect of their actions on non-renewable resources.

2. SCOPE

The CSR policy applies to all activities of Smarter Services and its subsidiaries.

• We publish an annual Sustainability Report which documents our environmental performance in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative

• We adhere to the Bribery Act 2010 and maintain anti-bribery and anticorruption policies and practices.

4. Implementation and Monitoring

• Management is responsible for communicating this policy at all levels and resolving any CSR issues.

• We will measure and report on our CSR activities and achievements as part of our Sustainability process.

5. Commitment to Continuous Improvement
