We are thrilled to announce the release of our second annual Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) sustainability report, covering the period from 1st March 2023 to 29th February 2024. This comprehensive report represents another significant milestone in our sustainability journey and reinforces our commitment to transparent sustainability reporting within the facilities management industry.
Building on Our Foundation
Last year, we made history by becoming the first in our industry to adopt the internationally recognised GRI framework. This year, we’ve built upon that foundation, refining our data collection processes and expanding our sustainability initiatives.

Key Highlights from Our 2023-2024 GRI Report
Our second sustainability report showcases significant progress across environmental, social, and governance metrics:- Carbon Reduction Progress: We've continued our journey toward Net Zero by 2045, with 20% of our fleet now electric (up from 15.6% last year)
- Community Impact: We've more than doubled our community support investment to £19,736 (from £8,000 in the previous year)
- Revenue Growth: A sustainable business approach and acquisitions saw our group revenues increase to £13.4 million, representing strong year-over-year growth
- Diversity and Inclusion: We've reduced our gender pay gap among operatives to just 0.46% (down from 2%)
- Chemical-Free Cleaning: We've maintained our adoption of chemical-free cleaning products at 28%, up significantly from our 5% baseline
