Last year, our Interim Chair, Kye Gbangbola, shared his aim for Smarter Services to adopt the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) framework, becoming the first in our industry to deliver gold-standard sustainability reporting.
Today, we’re excited to announce the completion of our inaugural GRI report, a significant milestone in our sustainability journey. This comprehensive report provides a transparent and in-depth look at our environmental, social, and economic impacts, as well as our targetsand goals for the future.

This report showcases our commitment to creating value for our stakeholders while addressing our most significant impacts.
The GRI reporting process has been a valuable learning experience, prompting us to evaluate our relationships and activities with stakeholders and set clear targets for improvement. As Kye mentioned last year, “Sustainability reporting will produce a consistent and comparable high-quality tool to enable Smarter Services to develop into the future.”
